I’m so glad that I came across this post! I just got married on New Year’s Eve and was chosing between Posh and SCE as well. I wound up going with Posh and its the best decision I made for what I wanted.

You can kinda say I was a music-zilla and I wanted the absolute best.Music was more important to me than my dress and my photos! I origianlly went to SCE and loved everything about them. I was really excited to work with them based on their awesome videos and great reviews.  Unfortunately I seemed more excited to work with them than they were to work with me. They never got back to me after our consultation to give me a price. I waited about a week and reached out to Jason. He emailed me back and apologized for not getting back to me. He promised to have a quote over to me by the next day. I never recieved that quote and I decided I needed to look for someone else to DJ because I shouldnt have to ask you to give me a quote! I never even got to find out if they were reasonably priced or not.

I went to Posh because of their convenient location and I had little expectations becauase I was still disappointed with SCE. I was pleasantly surprised! Mikey B is so professional and easy to talk to, and Lil Cee  is a fun crowd pleaser. They sat with me and took so much time to figure out what I wanted.  Posh was so easy to work with.  A few days before the wedding we had a technical problem with our venue and Posh went above and beyond to fix the problem. Mikey B reassured me it would be taken care of and he came through. I was very very specific on my music choices and Posh made sure I heard all my specific songs and played all the crowd pleasers to keep my guests happy and dancing. They added little personal touches that they remembered from our meetings, and the really made me feel like they listened to me and figured out exactly what kind of bride I was. I also had live musicians at my ceremony and dj music and they transitioned perfectly with my tumpeteers without much direction. I really never felt like I had to worry or keep on top of them.  They even sent me a personally written  Christmas card before the wedding!

Can’t say enough about the job they did. They were worth every penny. They even threw in the photo booth which I had no interest in and it wound up being the best thing at the entire wedding. The photos are awesome memories, and all of my guests had a blast with it.

I had an after party and gave a specific list of dancehall music that I had to hear. Although they were not popular songs or a popular genre Lil Cee fit it all in and transitioned flawlessly. All my friends who don’t even like that type of music danced the entire time because the energy was amazing!  Hope this review helped. A little over a week later, my guests are still talking about it was the best dance party they have ever been to.

Good luck with your wedding and and with whichever DJ you choose!
