Hi everyone! I need a bit of advice. My husband and I have been married nearly a year and have recently decided to start TTC in Spring of next year. I’ve never been a fan of BCPs (they made me extremely emotional/hormonal the entire 10 months I took them and only felt myself during placebo weeks) so to get my body ready to start TTC, I finished out my last pill pack two days shy of my last pill on Dec 14th. Had a withdrawal bleed Dec. 16-19th and got my OPKs from Amazon on the last day of my period. I wanted to start tracking soon after my withdrawal so I could get an idea of my cycle, so on the 22nd (CD 7) at around 1pm I took my second OPK and I was shocked that after 3 minutes it came up blatantly positive. I thought surely I couldn’t already be ovulating immediately after withdrawal, so my husband and I BD that night unprotected not thinking much of it since we’d be fine with getting pregnant earlier than Spring. Since then I haven’t gotten another definite positive and I’m now on CD 13 and have had some cramping, had a little EWCM for a couple days after, been pretty lathargic, etc… Each test line is still coming through pretty dark though… just wanting thoughts and opinions on whether the test on 12/22 in this photo looks positive out of pure curiosity? I wish I would’ve taken a photo right after taking it but I wasn’t really thinking in the moment. I just expected it to take a month or two for my cycle to regulate? I was always very regular pre-BC. Thanks for your input!!
