I have an IUD, Mona Lisa 10, non hormonal just like the paraguard.
My cycle has always been on time and very regular 26 days.
Last 2 months it was 23 and 19 days.
This month I was late (even by a 28 day cycle).
I’ve gotten zits and fatigue, on and off bleeding gums, irritability, and bloating and gas!
I dollar store brand test May 16 BFN
Then I took this and the line showed up (or I imagined it) immediately.
Ive read a lot about false BFP on blue dye tests but I don’t know…
I had a strange period on May 18 that only lasted 2 days instead of the usual 5. It was lighter than usual and just didn’t flow as usual.
I even did a stupid bleach test today and by a long shot it seems to react positive
Im soooo confused.
Ps. Same test. One with flash and one without.

Sorry I don’t see anything. Perhaps talk to your doctor about it. I have heard periods can be a bit inconsistent with IUDs so maybe that’s why your period was a little late/different than usual.

Hmm I maybe see a shadow of something. Get an FRER and report back!

I’m not seeing it, get a FRER. My period stopped entirely with my IUD.

I don’t see it but as other bees say, get a pink test or even a digi to be sure.

Sorry, I don’t see anything. What’s a bleach test?

I don’t see anything on the blue dye test. How long have you had the IUD? They can mess with your cycle and symptoms for quite a while…

I’m not seeing anything on either test, sorry!

Get a pink dye test – the blue ones are compeltely unreliable!

I actually had my iud removed because not getting a period gave me way too much anxiety.
For a while, I was a poas addict and the blue dye tests would spin me into a downward spiral of anxiety and more tests because the results were so iffy, showing hints of lines more often than not.
I’ve seen this result many many times and it was just the blue dye test being a blue dye test.

I second this.
OP, blue dye tests are the worst and can make your anxiety worse.
Try to stick to pink dye or digital ones 🙂 best of luck.

I hate those tests. I’m not even trying to have a baby and I have had a few scares because of those kinds of lines. I think if it’s a thin line like that it’s negative. It hasn’t to be thick. Definitely get an FRER though.
