It’s perfect, toss your regrets aside.

I seem to be alone here, but I actually do not like that dress. I’m sorry, Bee

The transition from the main dress material to the lace part looks so weird. It’s as if the dress was ripped haphazardly and then a sheer lace was just added under it. Maybe if the lace part wasn’t so sheer/transparent it wouldn’t look so glaringly different to me? I’m not sure why it looks so off to me. Were you wearing a short slip that ended right there, to make such a contrast in the material?

However, *you* look beautiful. And if you love the dress, then that’s all that matters. 🙂

I think that dress is freaking gorgeous and it suits you just fine! It will be even better when it fits you perfectly. I also think it looks good with or without the sleeves. You can’t go wrong either way.

You look beautiful!!!  I think it’s amazing.

Id be honest if I thought it wasn’t.  I have been with bees in the past.  You look fab.  So do your arms.

sawall :  ah ok. Well, for what it’s worth, everyone else seems to love it so i guess I’m just crazy with my opinion of the lace part. So you can ignore me. 😉

But I do agree with

msladyk81 :  that you can’t go wrong either way with the sleeves. Don’t worry about your arms though. They look just fine!!  20 years from now you’ll look back and wonder why you were hesitant. I promise!

I would also go for sleeveless, looks better without on this type of dress I think and your arms don’t look bad or anything with the sleeveless version. You look great in that dress and I’m sure when you get to try it in your size and fitting perfectly to your body it will look even more beautiful!

I agree about sleeves not  necessarily  making arms look bigger at all. (Not that yours are big anyway!)  Off shoulder dresses such as  one of the  pps above had look lovely. So as far as the sleeves go,  either way will look just fine.

I have to  (sorry ) agree with the pp who  sees something odd about the transition from the top part of the dress to the skirt . It looks , as she said,  as if you had a short slip under there and kind of makes the top look like  ‘longline ‘ shapewear.

I only mentioned this because in  your OP you did say you weren’t 100% sure of the dress . Also, when fitted it occurs to me the bottom of the top,  as  it were, may be better placed and not give the effect  I see at all.    Frankly, you look so personally beautiful it  hardly matters !
