(Closed) possible “duh” question

I think it happens when you hit submit twice and you end up with the same comment 2 times in a row.  I guess they go behind themselves and delete the second comment and replace it with “double post.”

@mrstj2b:  It means that whatever they said got posted twice.  It’s happened to me when I’ve gotten impatient with my computer and pressed submit more than once.

For me it means that I was too impatient for wedding bee to post my response, hit the submit button again, and now there are two posts from me that say exactly the same thing.

Then I hit the edit button on the second post and delete what I said. You can’t delete the whole post,  just your content.

Then I type”double post”

@MrsCoachBtoBee:  yep! That’s what I do when my response gets posted twice. I’ll go back and edit it to say ‘double post’ so people don’t have to read the same thing twice.

I’ve had it happen when the bee goes done for a second and I do a refresh page and it submits my last comment again.

Just FYI, you can flag any double posts you see and we can delete them.
