My venue posted pictures of some recent weddings held there. Its a barn wedding so i’m doing a rustic theme. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this sign. Think this is possible to DIY or anyone know where i could get something like this made?

If you’re the least bit handy, that wouldn’t be hard at alll. the important thing is to make sure it’s sturdy enough to be walked under without risk of falling down. If you are up for another DIY project, PM me and I’ll let you know what you’ll need to get.

Couldn’t be easier- some old boards and a wood burning pen.

I like to think i’m crafty but i’ve never done something like this before.
Where would i find the old boards? Fiance has a drill so he could drill the holes. I could get a wood burning tool and do the writing but i’m more worried about how i’d connect the two up there.

You could find the boards in a friend’s backyard, a construction site, at the dump, or see if there are any weathered old boards that have been left outside at a lumberyard.
Those signs appear to be hung by chain. Screw a couple of eyehooks into the back of each board. Link the two signs together with chain and connect two lengths of chain to the top board.
Hang the whole thing from two more eyehooks or cuphooks screwed into the building.
