You don’t have to go out and eat McDonalds, but don’t focus on weight… focus on how you feel and toning. If you do find yourself so focused on a number I would suggest re-evaluating how you perceive your body image and seeking some counseling, as there may be some body image distortion there.

The problem is I don’t think you have 10 pounds of fat to lose. I agree with Mrs. DG that if you find yourself fixating on the number of losing 10 pounds, you might want to seriously look at your body image and consider counseling.

Healthy foods of the top of my head are more vegetables and fruits and rice, so if you feel you aren’t eating healthy try to add these in and try to cook at home (or get someone else to cook) instead of eating out. But please don’t go hungry. Since you’re working out a lot don’t forget your protien.

I dont know about counseling.. lol.. it’s not that serious.
i already have a trainer at my gym. I tell him all my eating habits and what my goals are. I dont starve myself. Like I said i eat every 2-3 hours. I’m just eating lots of veggies, fruits, yogurts, meat, chicken, and fish. And on the weekends I treat myself to whatever i want to eat.
FYI- I asked what types of food/dieting people are doing… not if you think losing 10lbs in a month is a good/bad idea… but thanks thou! =)

I think its a LOT to lose in 1 month and I dont know if thats necessarily healthy but I would try P90X – apparently you should lose about 2 lbs per week on it so that would be about 8 lbs

The best things to eat are vegetables, fruits, lean protein, and whole grains. And we were answering about whether it was possible to lose 10 pounds in a month because that was the title of your post.
