I personally would not do a colored nail for your wedding, it will be in all your pictures and might take away from some amazing ring shots.  I do like the sparkle part of the nail though…maybe a more neutral color.

no honey… just say no to the colored naisl.  You have every other day of your life to wear any crazy color you want on your nails just PLEASE not on your wedding day! I’m not trying to be harsh but seriously please don’t do this, haha!

I agree with PP. Neutral is the way to go on the wedding day.

Neutral with sparkles are a good happy medium…

@Day_In_The_Life:  I agree, the focus should be your beautiful new wedding band, not your nails in those pictures and having your nails too flashy will distract from your wedding band.

I agree with previous posters, NO. It’s too much.

I think you may want to kick yourself in a few years when looking at pics. I would keep it classic and simple.

Stick with manicured nails with clear nail polish, or have a french or american manicure. I say no to the color on your fingernails, but why not have your toes done this way if you really love it?

i agree with the classic and simple comment. I convinced my friend not to do red nails for her wedding and she thanked me a few months later. She did do her toes though and it was great for the peep toe pics.

@S2013:  really cute look, but would never stay on real nails, nail polish always chip, but on fake nails this is a really awesome idea.

@mishagirls79:

It’s interesting that you say that, because I only manicure my real nails and they will stay for 1-2 weeks with no chips (at the very least 1, even with glitter). My nail tech uses a bottom coat, 2 layers, and a top, and I stay a minimum of 15 minutes under the lights… maybe that’s why? Also, my nails are naturally very strong and grow very quickly (I usually have to get a new manicure because they are grown out, not chipped). On the other hand, when I do my own nails they chip the very next day/same day… which is why I almost never do (I’m really bad at it!)
