Nobody can say for sure because it’s different for every woman.  For me, my normal cramps/backache were not existant. I had very light bleeding, it would spot and then stop (I still have a bit) until I got my positive tests.

If you’re about 7DPO it’s a little early for other symptoms, other than implantation spotting and cramping. Hopefully your cramps are implantation.  Test in a few days and keep us posted. Good luck!! πŸ™‚

I didn’t have any of those symptoms until I was about 7 weeks pregnant. I’d say its too early to call it.

were you on BCP by any chance? i just got off BCP this month and am having a lot of mild abdominal cramping – i’m about a week and a half from when i’d expect AF.  they don’t feel quite like AF cramps, just as you describe.  i dont think i’m pregnant, but just offering another possibility if you just got off the pill (i’m just assuming that’s what is causing my cramps btw, i could be wrong!)

The fertilized egg doesn’t usually start the implantation process until 7/8DPO, so symptoms right after your fertile window and early in your TWW are probably attributed to something else. Your first pregnancy test was negative because it was waaaaaaay too early. Some women get lucky and test positive early, but most women don’t get them until 12DPO or so, some even later. I’d recommend waiting until your period is due and testing again if it doesn’t come. Just because the symptoms you felt were unlikely to be pregnancy symptoms, doesn’t mean you’re not pregnant!
