This is me the first time I tried my dress on, so it’s not my size at all and wayyyy too long. The consultant is holding the back together and keeping the neckline tight so we could see what it looked like. It’s hard to tell the shape because I’m not standing on a pedestal or wearing shoes, but it’s a fit and flare with lace around the edge and a modest train. This is the first dress I laid eyes on in the shop and couldn’t bear the thought of not at least trying it. It’s Justin Alexander 8596. I love the color (Oyster) and the lace is so beautiful! It’s unique and classic and I cannot wait to wear it in 26 days! <3

@katiedee: Thank you! I’m obsessed with simple, plain dresses, but I always feel like my bride girlfriends and the sales associates at bridal stores think I’m crazy! hehe 😉

i dont have any pictures of it on me but heres a model, the skirt is a little fuller and puffs out more in real life.
i love the crystal details around the skirt, the peek-a-boo lace at the neckline and the colour. when i saw it on the mannequin in center of the store i thought oh wow i want THAT one. the corset back was also a must for me to ensure a good fit and not having to alter it last minute due to weight gain/loss preference/body image changes lol
you can zoom to see the lace & crystal applique detail a bit better here http://www.modernbridalshop.com/st12y11203-.html
