Mine is a white sapphire center stone. I’m not sure what size the center stone is but I wear a size 6 3/4.

My SO got me a moissy but he hasn’t proposed yet!  He knows that I know that he has the ring so he’s making me wait and “messing with me” every chance he gets!!  Once I get it I will gladly post a pic!

@sunshine_kar:  That’s a really beautiful ring and a perfect reference if anyone ever wants to see how much sparkle a white sapphire has!

@bunnyharriet:  My current is a .5c center stone and channel set.  It is Moissanite, which I love, but it chipped, which I do not love.  Yes, our beloved Moissanite can chip ๐Ÿ™

My upgrade will probably be a 1.25c center, also channel set.  Moissanite ๐Ÿ™‚

    .75ct equivalent Moissy. Finger size is a 4-something. I can never remember if it’s .25 or .5.

@ceebree:  argh, that sucks, sorry to hear. I’ve read that moissanite has a tendency to brittleness, although of course any stone, even diamond, can chip. I can’t tell if your original e r ing is in a 6 prong setting but would think that would be less prone to damage (over 4 prongs) and bezel set even better.  Thankfully a moissanite jewel itself is not so expensive so at least you can afford to get it replaced.Smile

@bunnyharriet:  center stone is diamond, bit over a carat. 7 1/4

     Beautiful rings so far ladies!

@graygodess20:  I remember you saying a few weeks ago that you got yours locally, so you don’t know the designer, but I think yours is very similar to my upgrade!  Is that what yours looks like from the side? (my second/stock photo)  LOVE IT!

Mine is diamond, .52 carat center stone, Grade E. It is a 4.5 size, but I am getting it resized to a 4.25 or maybe 4. ๐Ÿ™‚

This is the most recent picture I’ve taken of my ring (taken last week).  My center stone is a 0.75 ct emerald cut diamond.  The total carat weight is around 1.00.  My finger size is 4.25.

Well, the ring I got engaged with does not have a centre stone at all! It has a few teeny tiny diamonds all of the same size.

My “alternate” ring which can be stacked with a band and which I will wear ONLY AFTER the wedding (so it’s not technically an e-ring I guess? Don’t know.) is a moissy. And the stones in the band are CZ.

So I have no idea how to vote, lol!
