    1. What change surprised you the most? i was a lot tighter after birth, but holy crap no one prepared me for what it looks liked immediately after.

    2. What stayed the same (if any) or boucned back? i felt like nothing was the same lol

    3. What was your biggest fear about bodily changes pre-baby? my boobs getting saggy, but they arent as bad as i anticipated.

    4. Did you exercise during the pregnancy? How much? not at all, i wish i would have.

    5. Did you deliver naturally or by c-section? naturally but with vaccumm

    6. Is there a part of your body that has changed now that you are still worried about? my nipples got bigger and darker,  i hate them!! i was told they would go away but a year and a half later and no change. I guess i can live with that.

    7. Was there a positive body change that happened? i have hips now!! and my boobs are bigger which i love.

    8. Toughest question: do you prefer your pre-baby body or post-baby body? I love both. Obviously i love my pre baby body but there is something to love about a woman who has just given birth.

I’ve only had one child so this is my experience.

    @mrsbruff2b:  I haven’t had a child but I’ll answer about a friend’s experience.

    1. What change surprised you the most? My friend was surprised about getting stretch marks above her knees. She swears she didn’t gain weight there and I honestly don’t think she did. It was weird, but you can’t even see them now.

    2. What stayed the same (if any) or bounced back? Her flat, toned, stomach bounced right back.

    3. What was your biggest fear about bodily changes pre-baby? She was scared about losing her abs.

    4. Did you exercise during the pregnancy? How much? She ran about 3-5 miles every weekend, sometimes more, never less. I don’t know if she did anything else.

    5. Did you deliver naturally or by c-section? She had a c-section.

    6. Is there a part of your body that has changed now that you are still worried about? She hasn’t ever mentioned anything.

    7. Was there a positive body change that happened? She looks so much better after her pregnancy. She was thin with no curves before and a very flat chest. Her chest is still pretty flat, but her hips are way wider now. She has a hott little curvy bod now. She was literally straigh up and down before. She had a flat butt before and now has a nice curvy butt.

    8. Toughest question: do you prefer your pre-baby body or post-baby body? She definitely prefers her post baby body.

My friend’s experience probably isn’t the norm. Here is a website with a bunch of women showing their “afters”.

    1. What change surprised you the most?

I breastfed.. my boobs are flatter.  And my poor abs are non existant anymore

    2. What stayed the same (if any) or boucned back?

Nothing stayed the same, besides my eyes?

    3. What was your biggest fear about bodily changes pre-baby?

    I wouldn’t be fit anymore.

    4. Did you exercise during the pregnancy? How much?

    I walked every day

    5. Did you deliver naturally or by c-section?

    Naturally

    6. Is there a part of your body that has changed now that you are still worried about?

Sex feels different… not better.. just different. Meh..

    7. Was there a positive body change that happened?

    None. lol

    8. Toughest question: do you prefer your pre-baby body or post-baby body?

pre-baby.. shoot, I’ll take being pregnant over post-baby!

    1. What change surprised you the most? That I got stretch marks on top and behind my knees. I didn’t gain much weight so that was a big surprise.

    2. What stayed the same (if any) or boucned back? Nothing. After delivery I weighed 20lbs less than my pre pregnancy so everything sagged.

    3. What was your biggest fear about bodily changes pre-baby? Saggy boobs

    4. Did you exercise during the pregnancy? How much? No but I should have. I worked 12hr days at a hospital and was always exhausted.

    5. Did you deliver naturally or by c-section? eau natural

    6. Is there a part of your body that has changed now that you are still worried about? Everything. It’s definitely not something I like looking at in the mirror.

    7. Was there a positive body change that happened? I was thinner post baby.

    8. Toughest question: do you prefer your pre-baby body or post-baby body? I didn’t have the best body prebaby and then post baby everything was so loose that I definitely wasn’t happy with either.

    1. What change surprised you the most? How tiny my boobs are now!

    2. What stayed the same (if any) or boucned back? My butt and female parts;)

    3. What was your biggest fear about bodily changes pre-baby? I was worried that I wasn’t going to lose the baby weight, but I did 2 days after giving birth!

    4. Did you exercise during the pregnancy? How much? I walked a little bit.

    5. Did you deliver naturally or by c-section? Naturally.

    6. Is there a part of your body that has changed now that you are still worried about? My saggy and strechmarked tummy! It makes me sad when I look at it, but I just turn it into a joke and make it talk:) My boobs also got really saggy and small…I miss my pregnant boobs!

    7. Was there a positive body change that happened? I have bigger hips and a flatter stomach since it sags down. So with clothing on it looks better than it did!

    8. Toughest question: do you prefer your pre-baby body or post-baby body? Honestly, I prefer my post baby body. With the flatter tummy and smaller boobs I look thinner.

I have the same exact body as I did before getting pregnant…I’m actually probably a little bit skinnier (weird I know!) The major thing that has changed is that my boobs are big now… LOL. But I breastfeed so I think that has a lot to do with it! I was so surprised how my body bounced back!

Following! Good info to know For when I start TTC!

Im also curious if anyone wants to answer, are there any body parts you’re so unhappy with that you would consider touching up with plastic surgery? I.e., a tummy tuck, breast lift/implants, lypo? Just curious! I always said if my tummy was too distorted I would get a tummy tuck, or of my already small boobs got smaller or flatter, that I would have them done.

I actually lost weight but gained water weight so after I had my Dirty Delete and got rid of the excess water I was 20lbs lighter.
