I need to stay motivated to lose more weight and just wanted some incentive. I’ve had 2 c-sections and have an inverted triangle shape or apple shape like this…
So I find it particualry hard to lose my belly and bit of flappy skin over my scar since that is generally where I hold all my fat. I do run/ walk and eat pretty healthy but I do tend to binge eat when I restrict myself too much. I have a really hard time balancing it out.. I either eat for 6 people or restrict myself too much.
Any ladies out there with my shape that have before and after photos they can share would be awesome!

i was overweight before i got pregnant and i have had a c section. i went pretty much back to “normal” (pre-pregnancy overweightness). i am still holding a lot of weight in my arms butt and thighs and suprisingly my stomach went back within weeks. now everything else is trying to catch up.

@persianprincess: That’s awesome! I also lost all my pregnancy weight but am holding on to extra pounds I put on before I got pregnant. I hold all my fat in my stomach so it still looks 6 months pregnant a year later
