Have you tried a nettie pot?  Darling Husband uses it all the time and it really helps him and there is no chemicals.  Just make sure that you use boiled water or distilled water as straight tap water can be dangerous.

I would consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking anything!!! Hot water with lemon and honey may help!

You are also allowed to take regular sudafed while PG – NOT the Sudafed PE that they sell on the shelves.  You have to go to the pharmacy counter and specifically request the regular sudafed and then sign a form and they take your DL number down (anti-meth abuse regulations).

I’m not pregnant, but I do have nasal polyps and have problems with chronic sinus infections & post nasal drip.  I’ve been advised to use saline water to squirt up my nose.  I’m not a fan of the netti pot, instead I’ve got both spray bottles with premade spray or packets I have to mix with water as well as a bulb.  If you do buy salt to make it yourself, buy Kosher salt as it doesn’t contain iodine which can burn.

Ive been having congestion and sinus issues my entire pregnancy. I have a prescription for Zyrtec, which I take daily. I also have a neti=pot for when things get really bad. For chest congestion, you are allowed to take Mucinex (NOT Mucinex-D, just Mucinex).
