We only got one night away, but we have decided that we’ll go back for an anniversary night every year as close to our anniversary as possible.  This is Kastoria in the Northern part of Greece.  It’s a beautiful Old Lake Town.  We hadn’t pplanned on going anywhere, but as we had to go and pick up our gifts the weekend after the wedding (We had to be back in work on the Monday after the wedding), we decided to go for one night – repeating our mantra quality time not quantity of time.

We just booked our cabin in Gatlinburg, Tennessee!! This is a picture of Gatlinburg, in the beautiful Smokies:

And this is a photo of our cabin that we booked:

In the cabin are a jacuzzi tub in the lofted bedroom and a hottub on the porch. Only 1,190 for six nights 🙂

@ForeverBlessed:  Be sure to visit Tulum Ruins. If you did your research you will see the ruins set high on a cliff seaside with clear turquoise water below. It is worth the trip and one of the best parts of our Playa del Carmen trip. I wanted to stay there all day on the beach. Tops optional too!

@LittleRiver:  Was there on vacation with the BF – it’s exactly that gorgeous in person. Stay a long time and soak it in!
