@MrsFarmer: How do you like your shoes?  Are they really blingey in person?  I considered getting the silver ones!

I have these two pairs.  First are Maddens and I got them in blue (beige pair shown for detail) and the second are Glints from Nordstroms but I think they are a bit too high.  They put me eye level with my Fiance.

EDIT: The ones in the middle are the Glints.  I can’t seem to get my photos in the right order! Grrr

I’ll be wearing my dancing shoes that I’m strassing with blue rhinestones and once those kill my feet, then I’ll change to my flat blue sequin shoes.

Here’s the picture of my dancing shoes:

Here’s the pic of one “strassed” shoe – still gotta put the final touches:

Here’s my flats:

I went with the less common choice of white, and even more uncommon choice of white patent leather, but I had a very hard time finding shoes that didn’t hurt (I have a bunion issue) and were the perfect height to avoid having to alter my dress length:

I went through several months of shoe indecision, ordered shoes, sent them back, and bought 2 pair prior to these:

Ignore my chipped polish toes;  these I decided were too spring like for where we were marrying and the weather (still snow on the ground).. but they were on clearance so I kept them anyway.   I also simply didn’t want to worry about a pedicure on top of everything else so I ended up with a closed-toe shoe.

I added vintage buttons to the center of the flowers on them though.  I will definitely wear these with other outfits so not a waste of money.

These were gorgeous but HURT so I returned them.

These were my first pair;  they are vintage and at the time I was hunting for a 20’s or 30’s style dress.  They are leather and I dyed them blue:

I will wear them someday I’m sure.  They were a thrift store find so no big deal.

Anyway, that’s my shoe indecision post.  I honestly liked the ones I wore the least out of all these but they were the most practical and the most comfortable and not too expensive at all ($30) so whatever.  No one noticed my shoes anyway.
