No pro pics electronically yet but here are a couple of candids.  The first one is my practice set in the house, the others are at our wedding.

The cranes are a long story, basically that is our business–DH’s family has been in the construction equip business forever and he lives and breathes cranes and such.  So we wanted high-end die cast models on the tables but they are about $400-$1000 a piece and I was not spending $8,000-$20,000 for centerpieces.  I wrote to the CEO of a huge crane company and asked for a bulk discount–long story short they GAVE us 22 models!  Unreal.  will be in my recap but they were angels.  The cranes are also a tribute to DH’s late father who passed away last December before our wedding.

We actually had a dual theme, the cranes and nautical, and somehow it all worked.  Darling Husband actually built and welded a fully functional 12ft high crane to hold the groom’s cake (another crane of course). Which now resides in our front yard with a Just Married sign on it.
