@Mrs. Dunekirchen: Your new ring is very beautiful!! It looks gorgeous on your hand. ๐Ÿ™‚

My first ring was a place holder CZ emerald cut on a silver band until we picked out my ring later. But otherwise this was my bridal set which I gave to a friend who recently got married. She took this picture but doesn’t mind me showing you guys.

It tarnished really bad (turned black.) & I thought that was the end of it. But after I got my forever rings I cleaned the old ones for the heck of it & all of the black came off of them so I sent them to my friend & she loves them. ๐Ÿ™‚ I am really glad they didn’t go to waste.

My old bridal set (on her hand):

Mine is not an upgrade, but a change from a too-delicate ring for everyday wear to a sturdier diamond ring that won’t scratch and get loose. They have the same finger coverage.

Initial smoky quartz cushion stone in skinny setting:

Diamond ring, flower double halo. The center stone is held by 10 prongs!

@Scintillante:  I always admire your ring (diamond halo cluster)! Do you mind sharing where it was purchased?

@FutureMrs.Wood:  Thank you! It’s from Zales/Peoples, for a decent price. I changed the shank to a platinum one as an upgrade. I don’t like how white gold turns yellow pretty fast, so platinum is amazing. I also had a custom wedding band made, which I just received 2 days ago! I’ll post pics ๐Ÿ˜‰
