@tiffanyscanlan: Is that Logan Paul for a girl…?
I love names in general and have a HUGE list of baby names that I adore, but SO and I only agree on a few – which are in italics on the list below.
My favourite names for girls are:
And for boys:

My husband and I mutually agreed on Gabriel really quickly. He always thought it would be cool to name a son after one of the Archangels. His sister took Michael (which is pretty common anyway) and I felt Raphael just didn’t roll off the tongue so well. I do really like Gabriel though. It’s not super super common, but it’s not really weird or too out there.
We’re unsure of middle names still. For a boy is might be my husbands middle name: Braz (pronounced brahsh), which is Portuguese for Blaise.
My husband and I had a hard time agreeing on a girl name. Everything I loved he wasn’t wild about, and nothing ever really got him excited.
I loved Evelyn, he thought it sounded like an old lady.
I liked Genevieve, he did too…but I couldn’t get over the fact she could be potentially called “Genna” which I wasn’t wild about.
We also considered Delphina, which was his grandmothers name…but I just couldn’t quite picture it.
Finally my sister suggested Hazel and we both loved it. It was the first time my husband got super excited about a girl name. “We could call her Hazel-Nut when she gets silly!” The man was practically giddy over the cuteness. :p
We’re still on the fence about middle names.. Could be Marie or Ann, or something entirely different. I’m not stressing over middle names until we find out what we’re having next month.

Ahh, see, we like Christian as a middle name because it’s DH’s first name – I don’t want a “Junior,” but it’s a tradition in his family to give the first boy the dad’s name for his middle name, and I’m OK with that. But I think Christian Alexander sounds just as good 🙂

@tiffanyscanlan: Thank goodness! I just had to ask, it was in there with your girl names and while I know people use the name Logan for girls (ugh, horrible name for a little girl/grown woman IMO) using Paul for a girl would annoy the heck out of me.

Jacqueline Kate (my favorite)
Madeline (his favorite)
Caroline (we both love — although I wouldn’t want to have a jacqueline and a caroline!)
Channing Wade (family name — by far our top choice for a boy, so our first born son will have it)
Nolan (I love this name, but he’s only so-so — he’s worried kids would tease him and call him Nolan Ryan)

We are relatively set on Eliot Evangeline for a little girl, unless Eliot/Elliott gets super-popular by the time we TTC.
We have nooooo idea for a boy, but some names we’ve talked about before are Sam, Seb, and Clark.
I love baby names!! Love reading this thread. 🙂

So far the only names we have agreed on are:
Olivia Deloracita (duh-lor-a-cita) – a combo of our grandmothers names.
Aubrey or Aubrielle – middle name would be Maria Rose
Vincent Octavio Peter (middle names are after our grandfathers)
Noah Juneau (Juno) – a place in Alaska he loves.

My fiance and I have thrown names around and these are the top ones we like right now:
Everly ( I know this is trendy right now because of Channing Tatum, but thought by the time we have kids in 5 years, it will have died down)
Cassandra (or Cassie)
