Is Anyone Disappointed in anything from their wedding?
Everything went perfectly for me except one thing. The quality of flowers used by the florist was awful! I had pink roses and the edges were browning and some wilting. My bouquet looked terrible as well as the centerpieces. I now have to look at them in my pictures forever. so annoyed.

Our cake wasn’t what we ordered.
My dress kept slipping.
And our photographer either lost or didn’t take some extremely important pictures. i.e. my hubby looking at me coming up the aisle toward him and me putting his ring on his hand and my son (escort) passing me off to my hubby and me walking up the aisle toward my hubby. We did get my hubby looking at me and me walking up the aisle pictures from a friend, but they aren’t the professional ones.
There are a few other things, but these are the three that irk me the most…

oh yeah my cake was a disappointment too. Part of it was stale and the color wasnt what I ordered either. Doesnt bother me as much as the flowers though.

Our food wasn’t as amazing as it was in the tasting. We ordered this sundried tomato chicken alfredo with mushrooms, sundried tomatoes and olives. When the chef made two little plates of it for us, it was awesome.
In buffet style quantity it tasted like regular ol’ chicken alfredo. It was good, but not amazing.

I seriously want to try to photoshop a diffrent bouquet into my pics LOL
@april30 yeah why is that when you go for the initial tasting ( the cake in my case) it is always amazing food, then the day of its just mediocre 🙁

mine wasnt a fairy tale as I would have liked. were married now so thats all that matters but I was overall kind of disappointed.
I had to wake up at 8 am in the morning to load up chiars for my ceremony and pick up a few other rental things, go back to the house rush to shower and do makeup and hair, then leave by 2 to help setup for the wedding. I was a wreck. trying to boss everyone around frantically because noone knew where i wanted everything to go, while im running round puttin candy in jars, cutting flowers and stickng them in vases, puttin dozens of chair sashes around chairs….ya know setting up!
well then me and my Fiance were supposed to romantically meet up before the wedding with our photographer to get those “first moment” shots with eachother…didnt happen.
my father and i walked down the aisle way to fast for my liking.and then i forgot to hug my dad
my reception was way to fast..we were suppsoed to do pictures before the wedding but because we were running bnehind on setting up we had to do it after the ceremony which cut into our reception time.it literatly felt like it flew by in 30 minutes. I didnt even eat at my own wedding or have a piece of cake.
I didnt get to talk to about half my guests because the time limit on the place.
oh and 20 people who RSVPd did not show up which really was upsetting because that means 20 more people could have been there who would have liked to and now i have friends and family members who are probably deep down ticked at us for not inviting them….we were on a TIGHT budget and were told we could only have 60 people TOTAL in the reception place. …now looking back i wish i would have invitied 100 people …the place we had rented it turned out not even being as picky and attentive as we thought so no one would have even known if we had 80 people in there!
