I will most definately be doing a PWC… I already have pretty long hair (about 3 inches below my shoulders) and my hair stylist (also a Bridesmaid or Best Man and FIs cousin) wants me to start growing my hair now, so by the time our wedding finally rolls around I will have hair to the middle of my back!!

oh heck yes. I’m so anxious to get it cut … it honestly might not make it to the wedding.

my stylist friendor just keeps telling me over and over though that she can guarantee to have it less in my face on the wedding day if I let it grow and let her put it up, haha…..

This is the longest I’ve let my hair grow out wince high school. My Fiance wants me to keep it long, but with it being fine, thin hair, it behaves better when I cut it to below my chin. I still haven’t decided what I’ll be doing with it for the wedding. I had a hair trial, but due to budget constraints, and changing my mind, I might be going for a simple updo.

I had a pre-wedding chop. I usually keep my hair around chin-length, but when fiance proposed, I started growing it. I decided a few months ago that I keep my hair short for a reason– I HATE it long! I also didn’t want to look different on my wedding day than I usually do. I actually just got it trimmed again two days ago. 🙂

I grew my hair out for almost 2 years for the wedding.  I just had about 4-6 inches taken off.  I like it better now!  It’s now a shoulder-length cut.

I’m growing my hair out, out, out. The only sort of PWC I’ll be getting is the return of my heavy bangs come fall.

I don’t know.  I’m thinking of chopping before the wedding.  I maybe just retaliating against my recent mishap hair trial, where I had to much hair tho.  Everyone says to grow your hair long so you can do something nice with it for the wedding… this backfired on me.  BUT if I don’t chop it before, I will after the wedding.  I want something different to start my new life.  I may go wild and give myself bangs!   Wahoo

I’ve heard of it around here. Not a “PWC” but a “wife do” right after the wedding.

I for one will NOT be doing one I have long hair and i LOVE my long hair. I cry when i just get a trim. Every few years i think i want short hair (still past my shoulders) I cry that i want my hair back!

I had a PWC on our honeymoon!  I could not stand how many split ends I had after growing it out for a year!  I booked a appointment with the salon as soon as we arrived.  I cut off about 3 inches.

My hair is normally just below chin length, but at the moment it’s shoulder length…and growing. So I definitely plan to get it cut after the wedding back to it’s normal length.

I swore I would never be someone who grew her hair out for her wedding, but….here I am…long hair and all! Can’t wait to cut it all off.

I am doing the PWC because I am growing it out specifically for the wedding so I can have an updo and I hate long hair on me! I look so much better with shoulder length hair but there isn’t much you can do to fancy it up and I really want an updo. So I’m sucking it up and growing it out, and the Monday after my wedding I’ll go back to pre-engagement me 🙂

i hate my hair long, so i decided that i’d grow it for the wedding and donate it after. i hate to wait about 5 months after the wedding for it to be long enough though.
