I think that would look really good on you – you have lovely features so you could even go shorter if you wanted!

I’m always tempted but I think Darling Husband would faint…  Wink

I love red hair! I don’t know if I would go very dark with your skin tone – you’re so fair (not pale though – very blush-y!)  It’s so fun to get a little makeover…I need to do something too but I’m a chicken – it won’t be anything too exciting!

Too funny. I just got my hair chopped 2 nights ago. I have had loooong hair w/ sideswept bangs for like 10 years. SOOOOO boring.

I took this pic of Nicole Richie with me. LOVE the results. I feel so much more stylish now. I was so lazy with my long hair I usually wore it in a ponytail or a bun.

And here is a pic of my new do.

You are very pretty! I think a haircut like this (with bangs) would frame your face beautifully.

@Baileyh: Thanks! It makes me feel a lot more polished.

Unfortunately, this haircut is a little more work than my long hair. Basically because before, I did NOTHING. I washed it in the morning and let it air dry.

This takes some blow drying w/ a round brush. But it’s not that bad. Took maybe 10 minutes max this morning.

It’s only been a couple days though and I need to experiment with how it looks if I let it air dry.

I think the cut and style look very nice…

I’m a guy here, so this may be a dumb question: Do you plan on getting the cut and color at the same time? Would it be more beneficial to maybe get the cut first/then color… or vice versa? It may be nice to one or the other; see how you feel about it, enjoy the change for a awhile. Then at a later date decide how you want to go about doing the other?

Ok… That was no doubt… very, very stupid! πŸ™

Please note, I’m only voice my thoughts… because I was asked too. LOL

@Baileyh: i just did my PWC last saturday and my hair stylist was shocked that i changed the color AND the cut all at once. but i was ready for change, i’ve had long hair for the last 12+ years and needed it gone! like @Theresa90405: said, it’s more maitenance (in that i actually style it now, instead of throwing it up in a bun) but seriously, i LOVE it and would do it again in heartbeat! hair grows right? at this rate, i think my long hair will be back in less than 6 months!

GO FOR IT, and i LOVE the color AND cut!

I really like the photo you posted of the short haircut! I went with a similar haircut for my PWC, but I took in this one of Kristin Cavalleri:

This is how my hair looks now. It’s already grown out an inch or two, but it’s so much easier than my super long hair! (I cut off 12 inches, btw. Felt so good!).
