There was a post a few weeks ago about post wedding weight. I lost almost 20 pounds before my wedding and have gained almost all of it back! So I’m starting the 30 day shred again! I’m on day 4 🙂 I had to take two days off after day 2 because I was in so much pain. But the good news is, my muscles are getting stronger and I’m determined to continue to work out AND eat right. Anyone else doing this also?

I have been on a bit of a hiatus right now but I have a weekly thread Workout Buddies where we post about how we are doing. It’s not just married gals (I think I might actually be the only married one on there right now).
I’m going to get back into it after I’m done with school. Hopefully my health will be better then too.

@Treasure43 : I didn’t do a diet before the wedding at all. I saved it for after the wedding. So I have been married for 3 weeks today and I started 1 week after the wedding. You should def join us in the weekly group to do daily check ins and find encouragement. I am trying to drop 15-20 pounds. I am down 4 pounds and 4 inches all over in the last 2 weeks. GOOD LUCK!

I think I have gained it all back and THEN some! :/ I really don’t want to be any wider than I have to be! It is nice that someone can relate 😉

I gained back the weight I lost too and I just started doing the 30 Day Shred again as well. *high five* We’re probably at about the same place right now. Sign me up! I find that having a goal like our trip to Costa Rica this winter really gives me something to work towards otherwise I come up with too many excuses for not working out. We don’t have a pool or anything, so there’s little reason to get in a bathing suit other than vacations.
