I used to have it done chemically until my hair got too damaged. To get it straight takes a blow dryer and a flat iron and about 45 minutes and I refuse to do it except for special ocassions.

@rdownie1:  LOOKING back, I think I prefer Natural, its just it’s harder to manage and gets realy annoying 🙁

@OrchidsandCandles:  I cant be bothered straightening my hair, I have no patience. I just go to the salon and get a blow dry once a month! I had a brazilin blow out ONCE and regretted it! Never again, I love my hair and prefer not to do harsh things to it.

I wear my hair all natural (no blow dry, no curling, no straightening)!!! But here is a pic of my everyday hair and my wedding hair (the time my hair is altered)

I do the opposite, haha. Here’s my hair pretty close to natural (I think I straightened a little, but really not much):

P.S. How cute was my little sister? This pic was taken about 5 years ago.

And here’s me post-perm, with pretty much what I look like every day (sorry for the obscene size of both of these pictures, btw!):

I doubt I have any pictures of what my natural texture looks like. I have lots of thick, wavy/frizzy, stubborn hair with a weird wave pattern that I just can’t deal with. I had a keratin straightener that was awful, and then a few months later did the Redken Urban Smooth, which I lovvvvvved (partially because it smoothed my hair out nicely, partially because it takes about half the time to dry now). Typically, I wear it like this:
