j9love :  if size matters, measure the stones length and width, not its weight in carats.

Not quite 1.3, but pretty close — 1.24 on a size 4. This is an old cut so not sure how it may face up differently than a recently cut stone. I wouldn’t want anything larger personally, but since my hands are tiny I get a lot of finger coverage. IMG_1150

j9love :   I am a halo girl, I just like halos more than any other style of setting. But in person when I chose the 1.3 i compared it to a 1.5 diamond and the difference is literally the as much as an eyelash in thickness, so about nothing. Lol I think a great quality 1.3 diamond has nothing to envy a good quality 1.5. Seriously the difference is not noticeable.

Mine is 1.5 but faces up like a 1.3 due to the way it’s cut, size 4.75

Mine’s not a solitare, but the center stone is 1.31 on size 4.5

Tad bit smaller but this is my 1.25 carat on a size 3.5 finger, though the ring is size 4.5 in this picture
