I can’t resist posting my emerald! I love it. Not sure how to re-size so these will probably be huge.

My center stone is moissanite but I have two amethyst peekaboos, does that count?

I wanted a little bling and some funky color so we went with a custom-made sleeping beauty turquoise solitaire with claw prongs on a 2mm 14k white gold hammered band commissioned from an Etsy artist and a 2mm low-profile moissanite band in white gold from Moissaniteco.com. My set cost us less than $1,000 total and I’m over the moon happy with it! I also love that I can wear them together like this or just the eternity band if the color clashes with any chosen outfit. Versatile, a little different and well-aligned with our shared financial priorities – couldn’t ask for anything more! Thanks to all the previous posters on these boards because this site was really helpful when considering all my options. You all have some very pretty rings!

Congrats to all of you! This thread helped me choose my ring and thought I’d share mine now that I’m engaged.

My fiance proposed with another ring that was made from a mold his family has and all the women in his family own – a simple gold ring with a rope design on top). He wanted to be sure I would like the ring he created, so together we created the one above.

The jeweler did an amazing job! He suggested too that we set the ring a bit higher so the gemstone won’t push too much against the wedding band – something I was hesitant against at first because of how it may look but it’s just what I wanted.

The ring is platinum (prices have just dropped so it was cheaper than we expected) with a 1.95 carat aquamarine solitaire and diamonds. My fiance chose a GIA certified non-heat treated aquamarine gemstone with the highest clarity (no scratches or imperfections).

I chose aquamarine for my birthstone as well.

Thanks guys!
