@Meowkers: We had frames on a table with everyone’s name listed under which table they were sitting at and placemarkers  at their seats (so not technically escort cards).

Our them was Yosemite, so we made little rock cairns to show people to their seat.  If you’re not a hiker, cairns are little stacks of rocks that you leave to mark your trail.

this is hard to se but calligraphy on a simple cloth covered bulletin board on an easel…looked great next to the entrance table that had extra oot bags, family photos, etc

These are my inspiration. I am going to weave ribbon across the top to indicate meal choice and no monogram. I’m cutting them with my Silhouette

Each table had its own fabric button that coordinated with its skirt for the little pots of caramel I made.

I’m not sure we’re going to put them in the sand, seems like it would make a giant mess
