Can I see a pic of you in it?

I would have loved to wear a dress like this, but unfortunately I’m really pear shaped. But I will live vicariously through those of you lucky enough to pull this style off!

You aren’t alone! ๐Ÿ™‚ I bought the J.Crew Taryn gown. However, I’m not going with it. We are getting married at the courthouse. This just didn’t feel like a courthouse dress to me. Maybe outdoors or something like that. It also looked strange on me. It was really low and I’m pear shaped. I just felt awkward in it. Also, it looked dingy to me. But here is the stock and a photo of the real dress on my bed.

@lazy:  I think that’s a good way to describe how I felt “big and lumpy”. And honestly, I don’t think I’m a big or lumpy girl! ๐Ÿ™‚ The fit was just sooo OFF.

I honestly felt that the price they charge is not reflective of the quality. Granted, I got mine at a discount due to a 30% off coupon.

@lazy:  That’s so pretty. Don’t listen to the haters. That dress looks great in one shoulder!
