I love the elegant look of a plain shank on e-rings. Micro-pave is very popular on the shanks but I’m interested in those who opted for a nice, clean metal look. I find it allows the center of the ring to be well featured. I also am a huge fan of a metal shank next to a diamond wedding band.
Please post pictures of your gorgeous metal shank e-rings!!! Also post pics of your wedding band along with your set if you have it!
Here’s mine…I also love a gap between the two rings! It’s a platinum e-ring with a white gold eternity diamond band 🙂

I love the bare metal look! I mean, who am I kidding, I drool over the blingy rings too, but I preferred this for me.

I agree about the contrast between a metal shank and the center stone allowing the center stone to stand out more. My e-ring has a plain metal shank, my wedding band has bezel-set diamonds and I really like the contrast! My wedding band actualy fits up against my engagement ring but they’re not soldered together (obviously) so they like to slide apart.

wow, your round bezel ring is stunning! I am in love.

Yay metal! I tried on blingier rings, but this one suited me so well. I love the look of metal.

Exactly what I thought too, too blingy with stones on the shank. The metal gives a classic look 🙂
Is that a princess cut in a bezel setting? Beautiful!

Cool ring! I like the diamond “collar” and the unique prongs.

None of your options fit me. I have a metal shank, but it is engraved. I don’t have my ring yet but this is the setting
I’m having an oval green sapphire set in it.

Cushion cut! Hard to tell in that picture, but close. 🙂
