My wedding set was passed down in my family. So here’s my engagement ring and then with the wedding band. I’ve been thinking about finding a simpler wedding band to wear every day since the original one is a bit… big.

leximarti082:  Lucky girl! That set is amazing. That pear looks amazingly sparkly. What kind of band do you want to get? A vintage style ring would look fab.

Bridey77:  Thank you!  I found one I really like, but I don’t know how comfortable I am purchasing it without trying it on first. I’m also not in a rush to find another band. It’s more of a want than a need lol

Bridey77:  I think it would, but I’m afraid it might not fit the curve properly.

MeandMyLouboutins:  Thanks and not at all!  Sorry about the delayed response.  GIA specs, 2.32 carats, J color, SI1, VG symmetry, strong blue fluorescence.  The only inclusion is in the middle of the top of the table.  I can see it in specific lighting at a specific angle.  My bauble was such a good deal.  I’m sure that’s more than you wanted to know but I’m in a ranting type of mood today.  Haha.

here is my 1.05 elongated cushion. very simple, classic and timeless. I will have a pave wedding band soon but for right now i just have a plain band that I wear with it.

please ignore the setting and prongs in this pictire, this was one of the 4 times that I had gotten my ring back from my jewler with something wrong with it. I just wanted to post this pic because it really shows how cushion-like my stone is.

this is what my ring looks like now. still not exactly how it should be but I gave up after getting so frustrated and annoyed with my jewler. do you already have your ring or are you still looking?

I’m pretty sure people are getting tired of seeing my ring. Haha. But I’m obsessed so once again….here’s my pear 🙂
