sunshinebride2016:  please remove link!!!! Or your post may get deleted by this site admins…anyway your dress  seems like all the dress shops would do a good job esp since you don’t have beading. I worked with The Shop and I’m working with cherry at the shop 2.0.

skylar84:  I think the silhouette is quite right actually but they did forgot about the neckline.

Were you specific about the bow being on the dress and not on the train? That’s pretty easy to correct though.

It’s been almost a month dealing with Cherry. And she still hasn’t get back to me abt lace samples. I’m a lil worried as I have made the payment

tearsofjoy:  I am dealing with Cherry… she has fallen off the radar a tad. She did say they were quite busy. I did tell her to take her time. I placed order 10th June, approved lace 22nd June.   She asked for time extension earlier in the month.  I did ask for an ETA on mid production pics today – will let you know what she says.

SO I am coming back from the seamstresses, and I am not happy.

No one wants to touch my dress with a 10 foot pole, because they have no idea how to fix it.

My only option at this point is sending my dress back to the shop for them to fix it. I am so disappointed.

After discussing with the seamstress, I kinda understand what happened.

Somehow, they made the beading layer different than the lining layer, and there is a gap in between. Also, the beading layer is much larger and heavier, which causes it to fold in the front and give me an unsighly pooch. It also does NOTHING for my figure. My butt completely vanishes in it.

Please see pics, and at the bottom, pics of me in other dresses. The difference is crazy. My dress swallows me whole, and my figure completely disappears.

 

I am working with Liza to send it back and have the shop fix it. At this point, my dress budget is tapped out, and I have NO idea what to do.

On top of that, the cups are too small and my boobs just pop out every time I bend over. And I can’t sit down in it.

Zelda1:  Urgh. 🙁 I would not want to send it back to THE SHOP. If  you aren’t there to pin the dress to your body it will be really hard for them to get it right.  Is there nothing the seamstress can do? Or is it just too expensive.

raRAminz:  wow. Thank goodness. A lil flustered. She didn’t mentioned she is MIA for while. But it has been 20days on my side and still no lace sample 🙁 anyhoo, do update me on ur side.

Zelda1:  Maybe some straps would help keep the girls under control and pull up the front so it sits better? Its a shame because that beadwork is brilliant!!

So im stuck between two people to go through for my dresses and jacket. first one  has 98& rating and second one has 94% rating.  the first person wants me to pay $530 with shipping or without shipping im not for sure. if its without and if i have to add it then it will be $590. the second person wants me to pay $610 with shipping. the first lady said shes has made the dress before and it has 1 good ratting and it shows 2 people have bought the dress.the second lady the dress is a little bit different. i want my dress like the first one. but no one has bought her dress and no rating. idk which one to go through.
