Yes, I have 2 dresses from The Shop for my wedding. One for ceremony, one for reception. Excessive… but oh well.

I went a little crazy making dresses. Also Linda’s would not and did not deliver on time (despite ordering in April, and giving them many months of buffer over their original estimated complete time),  so I was right to make a contingency plan there.

observer :  No, definitely not! She’s a model from a galia lahav show. Her picture is there to compare beading 😉

I wonder if it shows, but the sequins are really nice. The sequins from Linda’s looked like kids crafts. Not horrible, but The Shop has better quality.

Not trying to be negative, I just don’t want other people to waste their time with less quality shops that are even more expensive than The Shop. I would understand if they were more affordable, but my Linda’s dress was upwards of 900 dollars…. yikes.

My plan B is the Galia lahav tullia,  I need to have it  altered cos the boobs are to big for my size and the lenght i have to wear low heels (i got a sample dress)  so  im missing the dramatic train i dreamt off. lol  and im still thinking and going with the shop. im just blue  with my luck.

sivette30 :  810, but I had many things added on, like detachable long sleeves and a ballgown skirt that also had beading. Not sure what the price would be without extras.

The final dress, with some minor changes from original to accommodate detachable long sleeves, etc..

There are extra details not shown in pics, like the beading work they did UNDER the top layer of the skirt and train. It gives it a glow that is subtle in person, since there is a layer of tulle over it.

sivette30 : that looks really good on you! If they make you a detachable train, probably a good seamstress locally can adjust it to fit perfect. Which dress did you ask them to make for 900?

Hi ladies, just wanted to post this picture of my friends gown which Shop 2.0 made, couldn’t say enough good things about Anty! The gown fits great and the train is absolutely beautiful in person!
