abt2927 :  it’s possible that they’ve put a petticoat under the dress to take the photo. I’d start by asking if there is anything under the dress and if so, if they could take a photo without it to see how the fabric naturally falls.

abt2927 :  it actually looks as though they have used organza rather than tuelle. Organza is a crisper fabric.  I think it’s worth clarifying.  Although the dress is not quite the way you hoped, it still is utterly gorgeous

Will someone please PM me the names of The Shop and The Shop 2.0? Or any other place that you suggest? Thank you in advance for your help? All of these dresses are beautiful!

observer :  OOOOO if they used organza they are going to feel my wrath LOL. I told them I wanted soft tulle like 800 times. It does look kind of shiny like organza though, so I see what you’re saying. I’m hoping that it’s just the lighting that makes it look like that. I definitely made sure to ask about that in my response to these photos.

I wanted to ask you bees if you thought any of the shops could make a near replica of this dress I tried on…. Feel free to PM with details about which shop may be the best…

This is a Christina Wu Private Collection dress that would need to be up a size, obviously! Very tight in the booty.

Hey all, I got some quotes back from the shop, the shop 2.0, and Linda. I’m wondering if they seem on par with your experiences, and what you may suggest for the dress below:

The Shop: $380 with premium materials

Shop 2.0: $276 (have not yet accounted for a longer train)

Linda: $570 (she said she could go cheaper with cheaper lace)

I like Linda because they seem to have great communication, the website shows lace examples, some of which would match very closely, and seem very professional. However, they are the most expensive. What do you all think??

Mine isn’t a replica, but it was commissioned by the bridal salon to be a more affordable option for brides who love the style! It doesn’t have an exact inspiration, but it looks a great deal like the one below. I love that it is unique to the salon and I honestly haven’t found anything that looks just like it after scouring the internet! That aspect I learned after I had already chosen it, but it’s so cool to me that it is at the very least a seriously uncommon dress! I just said yes this past Saturday- It was about the 6th dress I tried!

Designer:

Straps will be removable and the same as the belt, although I don’t know that all wear them (possibly for dancing)
