Larik: wow that was really helpful to
CONTRI: — Ok, so seeing all the revision suggestions (though they are minor) is overwhelming to me. lol. Personally, I think the dress looks absolutely stunning – and I don’t have much of an eye for revisions, but it looks like the girls are taking care of it 🙂 I know you mentioned not really being fond of the circle lace pattern, but I believe the other bee who had this dress replicated also had that same circular lace and once all the beadwork was put on, it was exquisite.

CONTRI: oh one more thing to add – I really think the cups will fit fine on yours. They did them well. Mine fit perfectly when I got my dress in. The only thing I thought of when I was looking over your dress a couple times is that the back seems really low? like one bee said… crack territory. hehe. But maybe you have a longer torso also 🙂

CONTRI: Your dress is amazing!!!! I agree with Larik on your back revisions: a little bit more V shape will look good, it will give more structure to the dress and it will also make your back and waist look smaller and skinnier. It looks really low on the mannequin but I think that as is it’s still in very safe territory so a little more V won’t be too much (it does also depend on how long is your torso though). I think everything else is perfect as is but I really do reccomend getting the clasp like the original dress.
I tryed to explain it to Kimmie without pictures months ago when I was first getting my dress made but then I changed style and forgot to ask for it. I have no idea how I will be getting into my dress once it gets here and I’m pretty sure I’ll have to ask my tailor to come up with an easy fix for W day.
With the top seam what I did after Larik’s suggestion was ask James to get them to have it as hig as possible. Practically at the base of your neck and skimming your shoulders. That way it will be quite invisible even with your hair up. Larik did post a pic of her wearing the dress and pointing out the “problem” so that you can actually see what she means but I can’t remember on what thread it was. Maybe she still has the pic?
Either than that though your dress is perfect and once they get the beading done it will be AMAZING!!!! Can’t wait to see it 🙂

SqueeMcgee: Yes, they will be adding beadwork to the dress – I’m just concerned it will still show with the lines on either side of the top. The original dress is seamless and I don’t want to have the top look so stiff.

MrsWFit: Thank you so much!!! I loveeee this dress and once the beading is on it…I will be more than happy. I am okay with the circles and was not a deal breaker for me, I would have prefer another pattern but I am happy as is 🙂 I think the cups will be ok and worse case I can add volume to it with pads lol, I asked to have the neckline as close as the original. As for the V I want to think about this one, I like the V because it is sexy but I would not go deeper . I just looked at Larik’s wearing the dress (had pics saved) and it is good 🙂 I am happy with the dress and cant wait to have it with me 🙂

Sakari87: Thank you very much 🙂 super happy . Did you order the same dress? a similar one? rememeber. l think the V is very sexy so I agree on that, also the upper torso/neck hem was an excellent note that I would have never seen until the dress arrived and the clasps on the strap even much better, Larik’s drawing explains super well.
Larik: thank you so much…YOU ROCK!!

CONTRI: I got two photo sets, the mid production and final photos. I didn’t end up asking for any revisions so I’m not sure how long it will take :|. I’m sure Larik will know that question though 🙂
