I got a text message saying my “DHL shipment is due for delivery tomorrow,” and when I tracked it, it says it was shipped from Singapore!! I didn’t order anything from Asia besides my gown – but I didn’t know it was shipped (if it was, hallelujah!). But Singapore?! Maybe it’s a central hub…

To anyone who has or is currently having dresses made by the SHOP can you tell me a few things. If you have had a dress made can you tell me what your original quote vs actual price after revisions ended up being. And, during the revision process, if they make a mistake are you still paying for the revision? I totally understand if you decide you don’t like something, but lets say, they use the wrong color or a bust cup is higher than the other (yikes!) are you paying for this? I have been dealing with quotes and so far so good. But I can also see how the revision process could be a lucrative business. Again, I understand some people have some funky requests or haven’t tried the inspiration dress on in real life and can see people making revisions. But if they are errors on their end, are you to pay for this?
