WOW  Part 8 went super quicly and we reached over 500 on part 8. This is part 9..WELCOME!!

Let’s please continue posting the picture of your replica dress and midproduction photos. Please post and help other bees reviewing replica wedding gowns.

Rules: No links for specific designer names/styles, replica shop name, dress style names etc.

Please do not mention the desginer name, orignal dress name or particular replica shop, PM other bees for questions on the name of the shop that made the replica (otherwise we will be shut down). Also check for TRELLO updates. Thanks 🙂 comments made on this board are made to learn more about each experience and resolve questions and concerns for future bees, this should not be taken personal, every bee is different and we want to help each other 🙂

Good morning bees!  Im a bit of a lurker on these threads but I think Ive decided to go the replica route because Im just not sure about my current dress (Elison by Maggie Sottero).  Its a gorgeous dress and all my BMs love it but Im just not 100%. They all think Im crazy to keep looking but Im actually really enjoying this process (so far!!!).  Ive spoken to THE SHOP and the USA shop and am still chasing the name of the lace shop (if anyone has it…?).  Im looking to get the bodice of the last dress (pic 3) with the skirt and back of the first dress (pic 1 and 2).  Id love to hear any and all advice/feedback regarding which shop and whether or not you like my ideas 🙂

Okay, I am ordering my dress online from a replica shop. I am SO SO SO SO SO NERVOUS about it. I have a dress at home that I could wear if I had to, but my Fiance doesn’t like it and I would HATE to be out of the money.

Can anyone tell me their experience with these shops? Do they normally come out okay or so horrible you can’t wear them? Are they just minor issues or noticable issues?  Those of you that had issues (or didn’t have issues) did you order elaborate dresses or simple ones? I feel likethe simpler the better in terms of less seams and less space to screw up. Please let me know!

Also…I am getting this dress 🙂 I am trying to decide if I should do it in ivory over ivory or ivory over white. The picture is ivory over blush. I am waaaaay too dark to wear blush, it looks absolutely silly on me!
