Interesting!  The more i research it, the more I think that a danburite is the stone for me. They are truly beautiful. we’re buying a replacement engagement ring after six years of marriage (long story) and I just don’t really want another diamond. Sort of a been there, done that, kinda thing. Thank you so much for your help!  πŸ™‚

Mine is exactly 2mm on a size 5 finger. If possible I think it is best to try some different widths on in person to see what works best for your finger! I really wanted something super thin but it didn’t look proportional on my hands in person. So I went with 2mm which is really dainty in person but sturdy/substantial looking on my finger. (sorry for the dry skin! I took these before I realized I was in desperate need of lotion!)

lynahs1295:  I think I saw in another thread that you got her from JbG, is that correct?  I look at her stock at least once a week and dream.  Right now I’ve got an OEC moissanite for a right hand ring, but one day I hope to upgrade that to a diamond.  Currently I work in education so that’s not a realistic aspiration for me, lol.  I’m in the midst of changing careers though, so someday I hope to have a bit more disposable income!  Enjoy your ring in health and with much happiness!  πŸ™‚

I believe mine is 1.3 mm wide on the band. The stone is 1.3 carats and the halo is 1 mm around I think. Fingers 6.25

My band is 1.7mm with a 0.92 centerstone + halo (size 4.5). I love how dainty and elegant it looks!
