I am brainstorming what type of wedding band to get and would love some inspiration pics. I love my solitaire marquise e-ring! I’m a little concerned about symmetry, but I would like the option of wearing my band separate, so I am not too crazy about the kind that wraps around both sides.
Thanks in advance!

I would love to be able to help you out, but I have literally tried on a thousand wedding bands, and have found nothing that I like. At this point, we think we are going the custom route to match the profile of my e-ring…

Thanks for the response. I hope you find the perfect band!
My setting is slightly raised, so I forsee that being problematic when it comes to finding something that looks like it goes together.

The head on my marquise sits plenty high enough for a straight band to sit underneath; I’m just having trouble finding something that just blows me away…

does this help? I say just buy the perfect band as if you were going to wear it alone, especially if you may decide to wear it separate, since you can always change your e-ring later. I bought the simple band I always imagined, it did NOT go well with my original e-ring (which was a raised solitaire). if I wanted to match my original e-ring I probably would’ve had to get a floral, decorative, blingy thin band but that’s not the wedding band I want to wear for the next hundred years! plus I want it to match with DH’s, so. I’d planned on wearing it alone after marriage, but was given this ring as a wedding gift and I find marquise works well. 🙂
