nutmeg5512:  so, i went to my slimming world class feeling bloated and heavier than i have done in ages. turns out i lost 2lb!! i wanna try and drink more water this week and try and cook a recipe i havent done before.

Start weight – 149.8

Today’s weight – 147.2….  Woohoo down 2.6lb!!! I didn’t get anywhere near as much exercise done as I was planning, so will work on that this week. I’m also going to try and drink more water, could definitely have done better there. 

I found a dress for sale yesterday that I’ve been wanting & trying to find for ages but it’s been sold out everywhere – this one is a layby someone didn’t pick up, but it’s a size too small. I’ve taken an expensive gamble and bought it cos I’d LOVE to wear it for me and SO’s anniversary in Nov – I’m hoping that will keep me motivated this weekend when I’m on night shift and there’s chips & lollies everywhere!!!!

Little dissapointed as i have worked out 5 days this week and kept my calories at 1100 to 1200 and i have not lost anything GRR!!! But i will keep at it and see where it all goes!!

I am curious to know the bees that are loosing wight what are you guys doing to get it off 😀

blah! Week one..NO weight loss! I’m still at 185.6. Very disappointed but i didn’t exercise nearly as much as I wanted to. So, this week, I really need to get it together. I tried on wedding dresses on Monday and it was pretty horrifying lol so I am definitely motivated to drop the pounds.

Start- 145.4

Today- 144

I’m happy with this! My scale has been throwing me numbers from 143 to 145 all week, but I’m confident I definitely lost weight. I just wish I could just break the 140 marker though. I’ve been eating some not-so-healthy things for meals and just working out more to balance that, so I need to really limit that going forward, I’ve been on the treadmill for 60 minutes each the last two days. I’ve been thinking about excercising in the morning and the afternoon as opposed to all at one time. Darling Husband is gone all week so I can just eat what I want, which isn’t necessarily a good thing. Going forward I am going to stop snacking or at least count out the serving before I do so I can log it properly.

This week my weight is 167.6. So, I lost 1.4 lbs. I would prefer A two pound loss a week, but I’ll take it! A few days I did not drink enough water, so I will have to work on that.

i haven’t lost any weight (still 137) but i also haven’t worked out either due to being sick. yaysuperfun. i’ve been eating clean which is why i haven’t lost anything but also haven’t gained. hoping to be back in the swing of things in the next couple of days and have some downward movement on the scale to post next week! 

great job ladies, keep up the good work!

Two birthdays, a bachelorette party, and a killer shoulder injury puts me at 174- I gained 1 pound 🙁 considering the week, im surprised i’s not more 😛 since I dont know how much I’l be able to exercise this next week as my shoulder heals, I’m going to get back on track with healthy eating and drinking lots of water. I’ve been having some bad snacks when I come home from work, so those have got to go! Next week will be better!

no change at 176.4; i worked out a lot over the weekend, but not so much once work week starts.  not eating healthy, but not eating too much either.  I better go to zumba tonight.
