nutmeg5512:  i am at 139, so i actually gained 2 pounds. boo. but i lost several inches, so i’m hoping that i’ve simply gained some muscle (i did get back into weight training over the last couple of weeks).

but regardless of the number on the scale i’m still pumped up and positive!! 🙂

Last Week- 144

This week- 143

Happy I lost another pound! I am slowly getting there. Only 3 more lbs to be the lightest I have in years! Probably since middle school lol. I’m working on making my calorie deficiet bigger each day, or at least have a couple really good days a week. Sunday was kinda messy diet wise, but hopefully this weekend will be better!

167 even. I only lost .6, but I am honestly surprised I lost bc I ate and drank garbage Thursday to Sunday.

I think i gained this week as its muscle from me working out 5 times a week and i started some weight training.. Been eating healthy though counting my calories via myfitnesspal. Just got to stick to it and i know ill see the results!

Down 1 pound to 132.5. Really happy about that considering I was pigging out all weekend, but still watched what I ate during the week.

149! Down 3 pounds from last week 🙂 I am so happy about it. I’ve been going to the gym 3 times a week, and jogging once a week. I’m also calorie counting and working on cutting down on my alcohol intake, because that’s where a lot of my unneeded calories come from (curse you, college life!).

I’m down to 187.3, so 0.8 lost since last week. I still haven’t found the time for some exercise, but really hope to this week!

hello ladies!! i lost 1.5lb this week! happy with that as we went to a 30th birthday bash and we drank… ALOT. and there was cake… chocolate truffle cake….ALOT of it! LOL!! was 100% on ‘plan’ before and after that though – so i guess it all evened itself out over the week!!!

well done on the losses this week ladies – and heres to the next 7 days!!!

arghh crap it’s a 1 pound gain for me, from 147.6 to 148.5.

I’m blaming a week of night shifts (much bad food + no exercise + no sleep!) plus being premenstrual.
