45-60 min intervals on the treadmill (I’m learning to be a runner) 3-4x per week.

60 min yoga 2-3x per week

Buff Brides weight routine 3x per week

Currently:

Every day: nordic power walking (I have a great hilly route) for about an hour

2-3 times per week: Jillian Michaels’ No More Trouble Zones DVD

I have a great yoga DVD (Yoga Conditioning for Athletes) that I keep meaning to incorporate, but it hasn’t happened yet. Maybe I will do that today. 🙂

I wish so much that I could run, but I had terrible IT band issues from running last year and I just don’t feel like spending that kind of time and money on physio again, especially with the wedding coming up. The nordic walking is a pretty good alternative, though, aside from the asinine comments I get about walking with poles.

I run 4-5 miles outside in the morning, as many days as I can. On the days when the whether is bad, I do the elliptical/arc trainer/something similar at the gym for about an hour.  I walk to and from work many days, 2ish miles each way (but we’re moving soon, and I won’t be able to walk anymore ).

I do floor work at home with hand and ankle weights whenever the mood strikes. I’m not doing much weight training right now because I don’t want to concern myself with building muscle until I lose some fat first!
