@bestwishes:  to be safe, I would take one finished invite to the post office, they will weigh it, and you’ll know if you’re close to the max or not.

You will probably need one $.60-70 something cent stamp (I’m not sure what ti is with the recent rae increases) or 2 normal stamps.

I had the outer envelope, 5×7 invitation, three 3.5×5 inserts, and a chiffon ribbon – it was exactly 1.0 ounces.  I would take a completely assembled invite to the post office, and make sure, but it sounds like you might be ok with one stamp.  But definetly go get one weighed to make sure – the last thing you want is to have them all returned for insufficient postage.

A friend of ours sent an invitation very similar to yours with just one stamp. In Canada, but still… It was obviously the normal weight.

That sounds very close to the specs for my invitations and they were $1.10 to mail.
