I have a bow on my invites and the knot in the bow is just a tad too big. Really, just tad. When I had it tested at the post office the one girl got it through the slot test, but the other one said she couldn’t without a little extra push. So, they tell me that it can’t go through machine fed it has to be hand carried all the way, which I guess could be good for the integrity of the invites, but it will cost $1 an invite. At 85 invitations that is quite a price for mailing. If I can get the bow flatter is will only cost 59¢ per invitation.
Has anyone had any postage dilemas? How did you solve them?
