I thought the babies board WAS the pregnancy board.  Seems there’s more pregnancy or TTC threads there than parenting threads.  I’ve only been on there a few times though.

@firsttimemom: Your baby IS a baby. I am guilty considaring babies “not” babies until they look like a baby BUT your baby is still your baby and you have every right here to post about it! Your baby is just as important right now as anyone elses. =)

I agree! It’s the pregnancy board too! I know what you mean though.

Post your questions! Those are the ones I like to read. I love reading from ladies in the same place as me, or moms who have been there and can tell me what’s what. Now, don’t flame me, but the Pre-TTC questions get on my nerves a little.LOL

That is what the babies board is for! Like MsMamaBear, there are some questions that get on my nerves and I choose not to read anymore bc it feels like the same question is posted every other day i.e. Ooops could I be pregnant? What do these symptoms mean? But being pregnant for the first time is very scary and even the most prepared person will always have questions so feel free to ask!

There was some ideas going around about splitting up the babies board into sections such as:

  • TTC / NTNT
  • Pregnancy / Birth
  • Babies / Children
  • Other – Showers, Names, Baby Gear, etc.

Oh, I guess a distinction between  the 3 (TTC, pregnant, mothers/fathers) might be a good idea.

Maybe there should be a fertility treatments board if there are going to be seperate sections.  It is very very different to be NTNT than to be going through treatments.  I wouldn’t know where to post.
