It’s a month since the end of wedding madness, and I just got my wedding photos from my two weddings… Now I have a few guests asking me if I’m posting photos for them to view. I hadn’t thought about that! Honestly I hate posting photos of myself (not a big FB or instagram fan at all), but people keep asking so I don’t want to be rude.
Where should I post photos? My photographers were both friends, so they didn’t set up a site for them. What sites do you recommend/ would be easiest to do this?
On a side note, I just finished sending out thank you notes – 88 of them; holy crap that was hard. I’m so proud. 🙂
Thanks for your help!

I would upload them all onto dropbox and send invites to your guests. You can upload an entire folder, so it should be relatively easy. And I think most people already use drop box so they wouldnt need to sign up for a new site.

Gwendolyn88: I got a smugmug.com site and posted them all there and emailed the link. Guests can scroll through and download the ones they want.

My Fiance uses a private flickr account to share photographs with his family in Ireland (we posted some from the wedding week but we had hundreds and that’s overkill for facebook)
We haven’t gotten our wedding photos back yet but we’ll probably do the same for those.

Gwendolyn88: You could upload them to facebook in a private folder and grant access to certain people. Or you can use flickr or dropbox.
You could also email photos…… I thought doing this for family but I never really got around to it
Frankly, for the BS I had to deal with from family about the wedding, I really did not feel like taking the time to send photos….. not to mention that most of them spent the whole wedding taking selfies….. do they really need my photos ???????/
