If you’ve sent out Save-The-Date Cards, it’s definitely appropriate to call or e-mail the recipients to let them know that there has been a change in plans. I think in this ecomnomy people will more than understand.

If you already sent Save-The-Date Cards, I would send a postcard (get the 100 free postcards from VistaPrint) and mail those out.  If you didn’t send Save-The-Date Cards, I wouldn’t worry about it and just let word of mouth get around.

Sounds good, do what works best for you two! Just make sure all the guests are aware of the new date.
