So is it really not Ivory on Ivory either? I sold a dress on POWD and was totally honest. The buyer was only 5’0 and she didnt want to have to hem the dress and I told her that it was really long and even me at 5’6 with heels would have to hem it so she would for sure have to. I sent her a billion pictures as well. I dont understand people who can live with themselves….

I wonder if she sold it NWT b/c it was to short?

Pepper15: Thats great she is willing to accept it back! Is she paying for the shipping too or are you out shipping both ways?

I suspect bc shes taking it back she wasnt trying to be dishonsest. Hopefully she will post the correct info next time!

Pepper15: Is she paying you back using paypal? Yeah…who knows. Obviously its a custum order. That hollow to hem is ridicuious!

Hope it all gets back on track!

Our experience with AA claims:

1. Report

2. Processing can take up to 7 days (so 7 days before next step)

3. Disputed amount will be noted as (disputed) but will still show up in your balance

4. AA can take 30 days to determine case and refund $$

We filed a claim when a seller agreed to a refund but we saw no movement in our AA account by the time the seller stated. We contacted AA and they had no record of the refund being sent in. We 3 way call with seller and AA. AA says no record of refund but AA can take up to 7 days to process refund, and after that 7 days we can open a claim if we want. We say we’ve already done this, so AA says great, now wait 7 days to see if refund comes in. And it did.
