Just wondering if I can get some suggestions on pre ceremony music for a civil ceremony? Fiance and I have opposite tastes in music so we’re having major trouble finding stuff. Apparently we need 20 mins worth! :O
So far we have agreed on 2 songs – stay with me by Sam Smith and Come away with me by Norah Jones. Can anyone suggest any other quiet/slow songs?
And while youre at it, Id love to hear what song youre using for the recessional! I wanted something upbeat so suggested ‘Best day of my life’ by the American Authors or ‘On top of the world’ by Imagine Dragons, but Fiance didnt like either of them 🙁 Help!!

We had a string quartet, and we decided to go with all music from movies and television. Our pre-ceremony music was mostly Disney, and our recessional was the Game of Thrones theme 😉
Have you asked your Fiance for suggestions?

For the processional, we played the strings version of Cold Play’s Clocks. I walked down to Weezer’s Island in the Sun, and the recessional song was Far East Movement’s Rocketeer.
