My Fiance and I have been together 5 years and are going to start premaritial counseling next month. We feel it could not hurt. We have no issues and no worries but feel it will be a stregthner for our marriage!

We don’t have any issues, but I still am planning to do pre-marital counselling. Although it’s mostly because we are young (22/23 when we get married) and spent most of our relationship being in school rather than in “real life”. Even though we agree on major things (children, career paths, finances, what would happen if one of us cheated, …) I’m sure there are many things that could become issues in the future that we haven’t even considered, as

I’m 100% confident that we will overcome any problem (or else I wouldn’t consider marriage, obviously) BUT I do think that we have the potential to have disagreements that could seriously affect the quality of our relationship. Especially when children are involved (or will be eventually, in our case), we have a responsibility to do everything we can to learn to deal with issues well.
