I’m a little less than 4 mos out! Right now I’m really focused on my fitness (OTF and Boxing classes 2x/week, lifting 4x/week), my nutrition, and my nails! I have been doing regular manicures to keep them in line. I recently started dip powder, but that was to keep them chip free for engagment picures. I have really thin, weak nails and I pick the skin around my fingers a lot if they are not in line. I will keep doing dip to get some length on them through the holidays (and my showers), then I will go back to regular manicures (no polish or dip) up until a month and a half or so before the wedding. Then I will go back to dip to get some length for the actual wedding!

As for my face, I’m getting monthly facials, and I’m using Dr. Brandt skincare to keep everything glowing! I am also doing crest whitestrips on the regular as well! Gotta have those pearly whites shine through!  (Plus I love coffee and red wine. Not great on the teeth color!)

I’m 11 months out and not doing much yet. I’m growing my hair out with minimal trims, eating right, working out whenever possible (couple times a week). I wax my eyebrows monthly. I probably won’t do much with my nails until the week of.

In terms of skin care I’ve been really into Dennis Gross Alpha Beta peel pads (2-4 times per week depending on how my skin is looking and feeling), followed by their line’s ferulic + retinol serum and the Sunday Riley CEO moisturizer. I’m still on the hunt for the right cleanser(s) because that’s the big part of my routine I feel I’m missing. My goal is to find something that works for my skin no later than a few months out and just stick to it really meticulously.

I’m already a pretty avid runner so I’m trying to just keep my training on track, which includes my weight being within 10 or so pounds of my goal weight (I slow down if I gain weight) and focusing on building up my bum and toning my upper body but the effort has been pretty minimal. Right now it’s just 1-2 yoga sessions and 1-3 strength sessions per week on top of normal running mileage.

My diet is decent for now but 2-3 months from the wedding I’ll cut out alcohol, any remaining refined carbs and salt but until then, bring on the pasta dinners and red wine!

I have been getting face peels every month at my dermatologist. They help with acne and any discoloration.  If you have any skin issues I would look into getting facials and seeing a dermatologist for any prescription you may need. I have also been working out 4 days a week doing weight lifting hilt workouts. Other then that I’m trying to just keep my skin calm happy and not over do it using acid products.

Congrats on your up coming wedding! Wishing you guys all the best! I’m 10months out & right now I’m trying my best to cut out all carbs/sugars. Looking to tone mostly. Just bought some small 8lb weights. And starting a routine. My fiancé bought me a beautiful vintage bike for my birthday. So looking forward to that in spring/summer time to really get in some good shape. Try looking for some wedding beauty videos on YouTube that’s what I’ve been doing, I’ve heard that Michael Todd skin care was great! Going to try that. I will be doing my own hair and makeup the day of. Also YouTube is great for that give yourself plenty of time to practice like at least 2months out. If you don’t feel comfortable doing that. I heard Sephora gives cheap makeovers. So that’s a great option, if you want someone to do your makeup. But definitely to trial makeup & hair. Don’t stress I bet you will look great!
